Meenakshi and Rima, best friends and Co-Founders of Inventiway, were working in the HR domain at their respective MNCs, for a decade each, until they realised the need for a change in the industry. Over a cup of tea, they discussed their desire to revolutionise traditional hiring practises and empower individuals for a career, not just a job.
Thus, Inventiway was born, with a focus on building and developing a company's most valuable resource: its employees.

Co-Founder and Director, Meenakshi Ginodia Jalan, demonstrates a background in staffing and recruiting, across different sectors. She provides strategic HR consulting, including specialised end-to-end recruitment services. She leads the team at Inventiway Pvt. Ltd. with panache, with its all-women team and ensures an empathetic approach to people and businesses alike.
With over 18 years of experience in the industry, is able to work closely with her clients to provide them with the best candidates within their parameters. Her strengths include a dogged pursuit of connecting the right talent to opportunity, ensuring the human factor in an increasingly digital world, and the ability to craft business-focused people solutions.
Meenakshi has previously worked as a Regional HR Manager for West Zone with SREI - the leading NBFC Firm in India, where she handled the entire gamut of HR activities including Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Campus Placements, Orientation & Induction, Training & Development, Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, and Associate Engagement.
Meenakshi is deeply skilled in Human Resource Development, Performance Management, and New Hire Orientations as well. She holds a Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI University, a BBA (Hons) in E-Business from Visva-Bharati, and has won recognition at the Indian Central Government’s AIC Banasthali E.i.R programme under MeitY TIDE 2.0.
Rima Naware is a Co-founder and Director at Inventiway Solutions along, with Meenakshi. She demonstrates a passion for people and a stable, adaptable approach to problem-solving. Focus, fun, finesse, and agility make up her work DNA, as demonstrated by rich client relationships, a driven team of women operating for Inventiway, which is a firm that has been self-sustained, profitable and deeply respected as an HR partner by many.
With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Rima has worked with companies across industries, providing strategic HR consulting, HR initiation and solutions for start-ups, and specialised end-to-end talent search services. She has served in several leadership roles, including as a Human Resources Consultant at NextGen Healthcare, HR Manager for Electrolux in Kuala Lumpur, and Senior Lead HR for Finacle at Infosys. Rima has also worked as an Assistant Manager for HR at Infosys BPO, where she was responsible for campus recruitment and employer branding.
Rima holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Human Resources from T.A. Pai Management Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce, in Pune. She is a linguist and has a deep passion for the performing arts.
